Problem Statement

Poor or dated visual design. Nothing makes a customer say “no thanks” as quickly as a really gruesome home page.
  • Slow upload speed.
  • Lack of quality images.
  • Poor or confusing user journey.
  • Low standard of written content.
  • Hidden details or no obvious point of contact.
  • Badly integrated.

Solution

An effective app design should fulfill its intended function by conveying its particular message whilst simultaneously engaging the visitor. Several factors such as consistency, colors, typography, imagery, simplicity, and functionality contribute to good website design.

CHALLeNGE

Great UX creates a meaningful first impression, makes apps a pleasure to use, and defines brands that users will return to repeatedly. When it comes to finances, companies should organize the design in the simplest way possible. Too bright colors, too many images, excessive variety of fonts, too small or big font sizes ― all these aspects spoil the overall appearance and impede users from meeting their targets. The challenge is clear: when customers can’t enjoy the best features of your product on their small screens, they leave.

User Review Issue and Analysis

What do you like best?

Legion is our go-to app for scheduling and onboarding employees at Barry’s. We use it for several studios seamlessly. It’s SO much easier to use than a Google sheet or calendar, and very user-friendly. I can easily input employee scheduling preferences and Legion will automatically fill them in preferred shifts when generating the schedule.
In addition to being user-friendly, Legion has an amazing support team. I can always count on them to quickly answer any questions or resolve issues – you can chat with Legion on the bottom right of their website once logged in. Brandon has been our go-to at Barry’s, he’s always on it and very responsive! We love Legion and plan to continue using it for our entire region!

What do you dislike?

Not much to add yet! We have had random issues onboarding employees or getting them access to the mobile app, but that is resolved pretty quickly once we contact their support team.
